Project Partners

The project brings together leading academic institutions and family law experts from Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, and Poland to develop comparative legal research and policy recommendations focused on economic security in family law systems across the V4 region.

Regional Academic Cooperation

The partnership combines expertise in comparative family law, legal history, matrimonial property law, and policy-oriented legal research. Through interdisciplinary cooperation and shared regional perspectives, the project aims to identify common legal challenges and contribute to sustainable legal reform across Central Europe.
